Hi, I’m Aliya Nizar, a Dubai-based Interior Designer with a background in illustration, painting, and 3D visualisation. Design, for me, is part craft, part art.

Design Services
Concept Design & Styling
This is where your space starts taking shape. Send me a few images of your room, or we can arrange a site visit, and from there I’ll put together moodboards, colour direction, styling references, and early sketches that capture the feeling you’re after. Nothing is locked in yet, this stage is about finding the right direction before we commit to anything.
2D Design Drawing
Once I have your space dimensions, I’ll prepare CAD drawings covering your fitouts and sections, ready to hand straight to your contracting team. This is the part most people don’t think about until they need it, but it’s what holds everything together. It’s the shared language between you, me, and whoever is building your space, so nothing gets lost in translation on site.
3D Visualization
After you’ve signed off on the final concept, I build out photorealistic 3D images of your space so you can see exactly how it will look, down to the light, the materials, and the layout, before a single wall is touched. No guessing, no surprises on handover day, just a clear picture of what you’re walking into.
